I offer 3 levels of an 8 or 12 -week personalised programme, the most effective way to make sustainable changes. I love the sense of continuation and commitment I and my clients feel working step by step together, as they achieve their goals and get closer to their ultimate wellness vision. Suggestions about your unique nutritional, lifestyle and nutritional-supplementation requirements are only part of the picture. We also work on finding the best ways for you to implement the changes, and to sustain them for the rest of your life?
